Why I Love NASCAR and You Should Too.

I’m I big sports fan that I think we have already established.  One sport that I have recently within the past few years is NASCAR.  There are NINE great reasons to love NASCAR and I’m going to share them with you now:

1. It’s something to watch on Sunday’s.  The best sport period, football, plays on sunday but unfortunatly thoses pansy take the spring and summer off.  Nascar fills the void between football seasons.
2. Watching a race in person is an unbeatable experience.  I have been to a live baseball, football, and hockey game but none of them compare to a live NASCAR event.  Hearing all 43 cars starting up at the same time and the first time they all pass by you is amazing.  No words or videos can explain the feeling and the goosebumps you get when the cars speed pass you.
3. When will the big one happen.  Most people say they only watch racing to see the wrecks.  Although they can be fatal most wrecks are just amazing tributes to auto mobile engenering.  I’ve seen cars break down to only the frame and engine and the drive just walk away.  I’m a fan of wrecks and long as it doesn’t envolve Jeff Gordon or anyone on my Fantasy team. 
4. It’s a know fact that all NASCAR drives have smokin hot wives.  It’s NASCAR rule #21: Your wife has to be at least a 9.5.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Here is a photo gallery to prove my point.
5. Anyone can get out there and be a racer.  Besides age, you gotta be at least 18, anyone in can be a NASCAR driver.  From your everyday man Tony Stewart, old ass Mark Martin, all the way to the 18 year old phenomom Joey Lagano.  Hell with a little bit of training and a car I could get out there and have a  
6. Most of these guys are Good ole boys.  Sometimes things can get a little heated in the middle of the race.  Some of these guys just don’t express in words what they can let their fist or cars explain.  Check this video of some classic NASCAR fights.
7. This is just a cool video of Kentucky’s Own Darrel Waltrip.  This happened yesterday at the California Race.  Damn it can’t find the video . Ill update it as soon as I find the video.
8. Have any of you read through the list of the names of Nascar drivers present or past: Dick Trickle, AJ Allmendinger, Greg Biffle, They’re 2 Buschs, Kurt and Kyle, jj yeley, Ricky Rudd, this is just to name a few.  I found this site.
9. My Dad was a Huge fan of NASCAR.  He pretty much got me into to it full swing.  Before his death the season had just started and when I called him it gave us something to talk about.  He also took me to my first race when I was 14.  He even got me hooked on my favorite driver; Jeff Gordon.

I could probally keep going all day pitching out reason’s you should watch the great american sport of NASCAR.  So everyone do me a favor and next Sunday watch the race in Las Vegas.
